Welcome to my site. Like me, it is a work in progress and a
place for
me to record the various expressions of my human journey. Here you will
find examples of my writing in the form of songs, stories, poetry, and
creative journaling as well as links to the people who have inspired me
in various ways.
I have traveled many emotional and spiritual roads over the years but
my present desire to practice and share the "art" of profound
self-care, now informs
most of my life choices.
My relationships with people and my yearning to understand
what makes
us all 'tick' have always taken precedence over my need to have a
master plan for my future. I spent most of my formative years observing
the world around me, and interpreting my responses through my writing.
Like many of you, I desire meaningful connections; with
myself, with others and with the mysterious Love that connects us all.
This
site reflects my daily movement towards
all such connections. I hope you find something of value here today.
